New Week...

Checked my weight this weekend... Disappointed... I have GAINED 1 kilo... but I will not lose hope and would continue with my routine with some more enthusiasm...

Monday

On rising: A glass of warm water (06:00 AM)

Go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes (06:15 am to 6:45 am)

Breakfast: 1 Vegetable grilled sandwich with brown bread. No butter, no cheese, no Mayo... (9:30 am)

Mid Morning: I cup of green tea (11 am)

Lunch: 2 Half-millet Chapatis, 1 bowl of Sabzi (Vegetables) and a bowl of Salad.
A glass of buttermilk.(1:00 pm)

Snacks: 1 cup of coffee without sugar and handful of roasted grams (4:00 pm)

Dinner: 2 Half-millet Chapatis, 1 bowl of Sabzi (Vegetables) and a bowl of Salad.(09:30 pm)

A new beginning...

We have recently shifted to a new place in Navi mumbai... I just love my new house. Ample of space and SUNLIGHT...
There are 3 balconies adjacent to the three bedrooms and I have converted one of them into my space... Lots of plants...
Every morning when the first ray of sun strikes the plants... they smile and so do I...
This weekend had been very hectic... loads of packing and unpacking but finally its all done...
So tomorrow will be a new beginning... A more organized approach towards weightloss...
