Here I am with Broken wings!

It's been 3 years since my last post... A lot has happened in between these years.
In July 2015, I have been blessed with a baby girl...
And now after pregnancy... I am standing at 103 KGS... Excessively fat, ugly and depressed...
But looking at my beautiful daughter I want to regain my shape... And most importantly my confidence...
So here I am once again... To share my journey with you...A journey of a mother who wants to stay healthy and hearty for her Daughter...

Yahooooooo!!!!

3 Months Later... I am 6.5 Kgs lighter...
Finally I am feeling that sense of achievement... however, a lot more has to achieved...

New Week...

Checked my weight this weekend... Disappointed... I have GAINED 1 kilo... but I will not lose hope and would continue with my routine with some more enthusiasm...

Monday

On rising: A glass of warm water (06:00 AM)

Go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes (06:15 am to 6:45 am)

Breakfast: 1 Vegetable grilled sandwich with brown bread. No butter, no cheese, no Mayo... (9:30 am)

Mid Morning: I cup of green tea (11 am)

Lunch: 2 Half-millet Chapatis, 1 bowl of Sabzi (Vegetables) and a bowl of Salad.
A glass of buttermilk.(1:00 pm)

Snacks: 1 cup of coffee without sugar and handful of roasted grams (4:00 pm)

Dinner: 2 Half-millet Chapatis, 1 bowl of Sabzi (Vegetables) and a bowl of Salad.(09:30 pm)

A new beginning...

We have recently shifted to a new place in Navi mumbai... I just love my new house. Ample of space and SUNLIGHT...
There are 3 balconies adjacent to the three bedrooms and I have converted one of them into my space... Lots of plants...
Every morning when the first ray of sun strikes the plants... they smile and so do I...
This weekend had been very hectic... loads of packing and unpacking but finally its all done...
So tomorrow will be a new beginning... A more organized approach towards weightloss...

Its good to Cheat...

Yes... It is good to cheat at times... Ha ha ha... Well am talking about Weight Loss...
I have been quite irregular in writing posts for this blog but the good thing is that I haven't been irregular with my Weight-Loss Program and am proud of that !
Its been more than a month since am strictly following a Diet Plan... But today I failed...
Though I try to be far from fried items but Jalebiiiss... Uffffffffffffffffff
My husband got home some fresh, hot and Juicy Jalebis and I COULD NOT RESIST....
Now, after having 6 Jalebis together am not at all worrying about the extra calories that I may have gained because... Its good to indulge at times... isn't it...?

As I Write...

Here I am...
With Broken Wings...

Losing Weight has been on top of my priority list... however I have always failed to achieve it. Last year, after a lot of ups and downs I managed to lose only 3 Kgs and am currently standing at 90 Kgs.
So, I am gonna start afresh... I am not only going to be regular with my practices but also with this blog so that one of you out there can slip into my shoes and have a healthy lifestyle.

Started my day with a good morning kiss...
Had a glass of warm water and then went for a 30 mins walk.
Returned home, prepared tea for my in-Laws and started getting ready for work.
Reached office by 9:15, had a crunchy Vegetable-Grilled Sandwich (Brown bread, no beetroot and potato, AND NO BUTTER) for breakfast.
Though I wasn't feeling hungry but I still had a glass of Mint-Coriander Juice at 11:00 am.
Had my Lunch sharp at 1:00 pm. Can u guess what I had for my Lunch...?
2 half/barley Chapatis
1 bowl of vegetables
1 bowl of Green Salad (Mainly cucumber/tomatoes and Carrot)

Evening snack at 4:00 pm comprised of Handful of Roasted Grams and a cup of Coffee (without Sugar).
Returned home at 9:00 pm and I was so hungry that I could not wait till my Mom-in law served food.
Dinner Menu: 2 half/barley Chapatis, half a bowl of Scrambled Eggs and a bowl of salad.

Now Finally, I am going to sleep hoping to be more compliant towards my Diet tomorrow...

Am Back

Hey u... did u think that I ditched myself again....? Well, let me tell u that I HAVEN'T... Today as i am writing this post, am 2 Kgs lighter. I know it sounds like a droplet in ocean but at least I have started off... have actually started off well....

I have switched my biological clock. Now, my day starts at 5:30 am in the morning... am going to gym everyday, am watching what i eat and surrender to a peaceful sleep by 11:30.
Inspite of doing all of the above, I know that my target is still a long way to go... However, the loss of just 2KGs has increased the self-confidence in me and so I have decided... I WOULD achieve my target... COME WHAT MAY....
